People attending today’s Armed Forces Day Ceromonies will also get a special treat. The Pan Am Torch Relay is heading through North Bay, and the cauldron will be lit at the waterfront. It will arrive in the city around noon, beginning at the corner of Highway 17 and Gormanville.
