Ontario Northland has reached a five year tentative agreement with the Teamsters Rail Conference Maintenance of Way Employees. The union represents 161 employees who are responsible for maintaining ONTC’s rail infrastructure.
Interim President and CEO Corina Moore said in a statement that she is pleased that they have reached a fair agreement that balances the interest of employees and sustainable transportation services, and that this is a positive step forward for the organization. Further details on the agreement have not been announced.
