A standoff situation is under way in Timmins, Ontario.
A reporter from our sister station says there was a break and enter at the Timmins Canadian Tire at around 4:30 AM this morning, and police believe a lone gunman is still inside. Canadian Tire, Home Depot, and other surrounding stores have been evacuated.
Police do not believe there are any hostages. The OPP are advising the public to stay away from the area. We will update you with information if anything major unfolds.
