Police have charged a 33-year-old North Bay man with sexual assault.
They were called to a downtown home around 5:30 in the morning on Saturday about a heated argument between two men. One man allegedly got upset because he witnessed the other man sexually assault a woman at a party the night before.
He faces three charges including two counts of breach of probation and one count of sexual assault. In total, police responded to 256 calls for service over the weekend, and charged nine people with various offences.
