North Bay Mayor Al McDonald is in Sudbury today to attend a infrastructure consultation held by the provincial government.
The liberals want to hear from municipalities on where they should spend 11.5-billion dollars in infrastructure money. McDonald wants to secure some of that funding for North Bay.
He would like to see money go towards two high priority projects in each of the major cities in northern Ontario. Several dignitaries will be attending the consultation including Ontario’s Minister of Northern Development, Michael Gravelle.
