A North Bay Police officer has been charged with impaired.
The North Bay Nugget reports that Constable Steve Taylor was charged with impaired driving following an incident on Tuesday. He is set to appear in court on July 28th. Police say they are investigating. There is no word on whether he will be suspended.
Taylor is scheduled to appear in court on October 16th on a charge for failing to provide a breath sample that was given by the OPP in December.
