North Bay Fire and Emergency Services is investigating the cause of a blaze on the 700 block of High Street today.
They were called to the apartment fire at around 1:30 this morning after smoke was seen outside of the building. Fourteen people have been displaced because of smoke damage. Crews do not believe the actual fire damage is too bad.
The cause of the fire is still unknown. Prevention officers will be on site today to try and determine how it started.
