The OPP has charged an 18-year-old North Bay man for carrying an insecure load after a crash on Highway 17. At around 7 this morning, a motorcyclist lost control after swerving to miss an obstacle on the road.
The object had fallen out of another vehicle. The driver of the motorcycle had serious but non-life threatening injuries from the crash.
