North Bay Police have busted a local man for dealing pot.
He was caught in the middle of an alleged drug deal on Main and John Street yesterday afternoon. Police have now charged the 53-year-old with three offences including possession of marijuana, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, and trafficking marijuana. He is set to appear in court on August 28th.
A 43-year-old man was also charged with possession and released at the scene. As a result of a search, police seized a small amount of marijuana, a digital scale, and 150-dollars from the scene.
