OPP haven’t given up on a 10-year-old case that killed three people on Highway 17 just east of North Bay. July 31st marked the 10th anniversary where three people died when a driver swerved to avoid a head on collision with a passing van.
Police say a passing van put itself directly in the path of the Hyundai forcing the Hyundai driver to swerve directly into the path of another van. Although the case is a decade old, police would still welcome news from anyone that has information on this cold case.
