OPP have charged a South River senior citizen following a big drug bust. Police raided a South River home and found 266 marijuana plants in a grow-op. The plants have a street value of $275,000. A 72-year-old South River man is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
