Water meter billing might be pushed back a few months.
It is supposed to start on September 1st, but city councilor Mike Anthony would like to change that. He will be presenting a motion in council next Monday to have the date pushed back to January 1st so that residents have a longer time to adapt to the new billing system, and so that the city can work out any kinks.
