The fate of 70 dogs may be decided in North Bay today.
The OSPCA seized the dogs from a Trout Creek Farm earlier this summer. The owners of the farm run an international organization that takes in rescued, abandoned, and abused animals. Most of the dogs came from overseas.
The Animal Care Review Board is holding a hearing at North Bay’s Best Western today to decide what to do with them. It begins at 9:30am and will be open to the public.
