Police have identified the victim in the fatal crash that happened on Highway 17. Forty-three year old Robert Bailey of North Bay was killed in the crash. He was heading westbound on the Highway Wednesday night when he hit a moose, just east of Mattawa. Bailey was the only person in the car.
