The executive director of the DIA in North Bay says the Hometown Hockey Tour is good news for the community. The tour makes its way to North Bay for the weekend of October 16th.
Ron MacLean is part of the tour and he’ll be talking up North Bay that weekend. DIA spokesman Jeff Serran says this means a lot because a lot of people will be in the downtown that weekend to take in the activities.
MacLean will be broadcasting from Civic Square in front of the museum. The televised game the weekend the tour is in North Bay has Edmonton taking on Vancouver.
