A 53-year-old man is facing charges after police say he failed to quarantine when he got back into the country.
The OPP received the possible breach of the quarantine call in Corbeil last week.
Police say the person had returned to Canada in late November from Rode Island, New York and had violated quarantine conditions on several different occasions during his mandatory two-week quarantine upon re-entering Canada.
He was issued a provincial offence notice with a total fine of $1,255.
Police want to remind the community that while under quarantine order, there is no exception to leave the quarantine residence until the 14 days are complete.
