A section of McIntyre Street East between Wyld and Ferguson streets has been reduced to a single lane.
The lane reduction will allow repairs to the Capitol Centre’s roof.
The repair work is expected to be completed over the next several days.
During this time, the alleyway between the Capitol Centre and Alger Furniture & Appliances will be closed.
The work to repair the roof’s protective wall was expected to take place in the spring but damage from built-up ice and snow has sped up plans.
