Passmore Avenue from Lakeshore Drive to Whitney Avenue is closed.
Both the NBPS and the OPP are involved in an active criminal investigation at a residence on the street.
Police are containing and searching a residence until “they know what they’re dealing with”.
There will be heightened police presence in the area.

Police say homes close to the Passmore residence have been evacuated.
There is no one in the residence at this time and police are asking that people avoid the area.
