A North Bay man is facing assault charges.
He borrowed a computer from a man known to him and never returned it after being asked several times. The two of them got into a fight that turned violent.
The man who borrowed the computer threatened the victim and hit him with an object, causing non-life threatening injuries. The 36-year-old was arrested by police yesterday and now faces three charges including theft and uttering threats.
