Everyone got out safely from an early morning fire in North Bay.
It started on the third floor of an apartment on the 400 block of Lakeshore Drive. Â Fire crews were able to get it under control quickly.
The apartment is destroyed, and damages are estimated around $70,000. The cause is still under investigation but the fire department believes it was accidental.
