Anthony Rota is running for the Liberal party in Nipissing-Timiskaming.
If elected, Rota says he would make investment in North Bay’s military base a priority. He says it’s a crucial time for CFB North Bay, because a 20 year agreement on keeping the base here is set to expire. He says he would make sure the base stays in the city, and remains an economic driver in the community.
Rota is running against Conservative candidate Jay Aspin, Green candidate Nicole Peltier, and NDP candidate Kathleen Jodouin.
