A 50-year-old North Bay man is facing mischief charges after police say he vandalized MPP Victor Fedeli’s constituency building.
Police say security camera footage shows a person spray painting the front and back doors of Fedeli’s office just before six last Friday evening.Â
During their investigation police say they became aware of a conversation on social media that identified the accused. Â
The 50-year-old man is charged with mischief under $5,000
He was released from custody and has a court date on June 22, 2021.
