A 48-year-old is dead and one person is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries after what police are calling a “barricaded person incident” has now come to an end. OPP reports no foul play is suspected.

OPP says officers responded to a domestic dispute around 2:30 Sunday morning on Guillemette Road in East Ferris Township.

They issued a “shelter in place” safety advisory soon after.
