Sudbury police have charged a 50-year-old woman following a residential break-in where the only thing taken was the family pet. The owner saw a woman walking his dog the very next day and recognized the pooch even though it had been shaved. The man called police and showed them video surveillance of the accused breaking into his home. Police agreed the man was right and returned Fido to him. The woman meanwhile faces several charges including possession of property obtained by crime.
