Two North Bay men facing weapon and break and enter charges

Two North Bay men are facing a variety of charges including break and enter and weapon possession.

In the early hours of Thursday morning, police got a call about a break and enter at a home in the 2000-block of Cassells Street.

Police showed up, located and arrested the men. Officers say they were in possession of prohibited weapons.

A 48-year-old is charged with:
One count of Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
One count of Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
One count of Carrying concealed weapon

A 45-year-old is charged with:
One count of Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
One count of Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
One count of Carrying concealed weapon

Both are in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
