The City of North Bay’s Customer Service Centre has resumed services with Ontario entering Stage 2 of its reopening plan.
They’re located on the first floor of City Hall and are open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Services include tax/water payments, parking rental sales, burn permit purchases, and parking ticket payments.
Other services including residential rental housing, business, marriage and lottery licensing, as well as building plan submission and permit issuance will be available by appointment.

Enhanced health and safety precautions remain in place at City Hall.
Visitors entering the building will be asked screening questions and they’re reminded to wear face masks, sanitize their hands and practice physical distancing.
In order to minimize line-ups, residents are encouraged to continue to use online options or the
drop box outside City hall when possible.
