Several opportunities are coming up for local children to learn about road safety.
The North Bay Police Service Youth In Policing Initiative (YIPI) students are hosting six bicycle rodeos.
The events are for kids ages 4-12.
Sessions are being held from 10 am to 3:30 pm at Lee Park on July 20th, July 27th and August 5th.
Bike rodeos are also taking place July 22nd and August 17th at the Omischl Complex, and August 20th at the Callander Legion.
Children will have the opportunity to learn about bicycle signals and safety along with the rules of the road through different activities and courses.
