Pete Palangio Arena is back open to ice users.
The city says the facility reopened on Monday.
A number of COVID-19 safety protocols are in place, including 50 spectators per ice pad, with masks and physical distancing requirements.
Dressing rooms, coaches areas, seating areas, washrooms and touch points will be cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
