Lakeshore Drive at Marshall Avenue is down to two lanes for asphalt restoration work.
The city also says a section of Marshall Avenue is closed too.
The work on Lakeshore is taking place in the two northbound lanes within the Marshall Avenue intersection.
Both northbound and southbound traffic on Lakeshore Drive will be able to pass through the work zone using the two southbound lanes.

Marshall Avenue is also closed between Lakeshore Drive and Mulligan Street.
Local access will be maintained.
Traffic delays can be expected during the work, which started at 7 am Thursday and is expected to be completed by early afternoon.
