Halloween safety tips

Sidwalks and streets will soon be filled with ghosts, witches, superheroes and princesses.

It’s Halloween tomorrow, and the North Bay Police Service is reminding everyone to be safe. Drivers should stay on high alert and slow down. Kids should also wear costumes that are bright and light, and include reflective tape. Trick or treaters should only visit homes where the lights are on.

Finally, before eating the treats, parents should check their kid’s Halloween bags for anything that might have been tampered with.
