Turn your clocks back this weekend

You’ll want to set your clock back on hour before heading to bed on Saturday night. Daylight savings time is over.

North Bay Fire and Emergency Services is also reminding people to change their batteries in their smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They suggest changing the batteries at least once a year.

You should also check the expiry date on the devices. If a smoke alarm is over 10 years old it should be replaced immediately. Carbon monoxide detectors should also be replaced every seven years.
