Two area residents are winners of the Red Cross Northern raffle draw. They are Elwood Grasser of Trout Creek and North Bay resident Pete Clemens. Each won $1,000 as third place winners in the draw. The Red Cross sold 1,500 tickets and the money the raffle brings in helps fund several programs like the senior’s transportation program.
