If you want to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle, drop into the YMCA in North Bay tonight.
The United Way is hosting a Healthy Living Expo. There will be several local groups on hand that know all about active lifestyles and healthy eating habits. People can also learn tools for diabetes prevention and management.
It’s from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
