Cases of COVID-19 reported in local schools

The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board is reporting two active cases of COVID-19 involving two schools in North Bay.

The board’s website shows that three cohorts have been dismissed, two at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall and one at Mother St Bride.

Both schools remain open.

The cases were confirmed on Saturday, September 11th.

In a letter to parents at SJSH, the board writes that the Health Unit is working with the board to conduct contact tracing.
