A decision is expected soon on a hospice in North Bay.
The North East Local Health Integration Network has been considering two proposals. One is to build a standalone building, and the other to renovate an area of the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Both proposals are for a 10 bed facility.
The decision is expected at the LHIN’s board meeting on November 12th according to the North Bay Nugget.
