Update: 10:30am – Ontario 511 reports the highway is back open.
Highway 11 North of the city is closed.
Ontario Provincial Police report the road is shut down between Cooks Mills Road and Bomarc Road.
It’s because of a disabled vehicle.
There’s no word on when the highway will be back open.
Listeners say a transport has jackknifed across the roadway.
