The City of North Bay is saving more than $300,000 in power bills. The savings are partly due to the city replacing old street lights with more efficient LED’s. That conversion alone saved the city $28,000 in one month. North Bay Hydro is commending the city for its Green projects. Hydro also says last year, almost one thousand city businesses had lighting retrofits done in their shops.
