City police investigating theft of road signs in Callander

The North Bay Police Service is looking to identify two suspects in the theft of road signs in Callander last month.

NBPS says two signs belonging to the Municipality of Callander were stolen on November 9, 2021, around 5:30 p.m. near the Callander Community Centre on Swale Street.

Security camera footage obtained by police shows one male and one female suspect in the area around the time of the incident.

Police have released a couple of photos (below) and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects.

Anyone with any information, dash camera or security camera footage of the area around the time of the incident, is asked to contact the North Bay Police Service at 705-497-5555 or anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
