A homeowner has a suggestion for North Bay council – carry out large projects in phases. Karen Anderson says this way the cost is spread over several years. Anderson is angry that council wants to extend water and sewer as part of the Laurentian Ski Hill expansion. She says homeowners will have to pay for about 65 percent of the $4.2 million project. Anderson told council Monday night this funding arrangement is unfair and ridiculous.
