An arrest has been made involving a person that city police were appealing to the public for help in identifying.
On Monday, the North Bay Police Service released a couple of images from a Third Avenue break-in.
Officers located and arrested the man around 2:30 am Tuesday.
The 27-year-old from North Bay is facing several charges including two counts each of break and enter, assault and uttering threats.
Some of the charges relate to a break-in to a Third Avenue residence this past Saturday afternoon and a physical altercation between the accused and victims.
NBPS says the accused was also linked to a shed break-in at a residence on Regina Street, that also occurred on Dec. 18.
The man is in custody awaiting a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
The North Bay Police Service is thanking the public and media for their assistance in this incident.
