Theft of firearm prompts appeal for help from police

The North Bay Police Service is looking to identify a suspect believed to be involved in the theft of a firearm.  

The long gun was taken from a residence on the 800-block of Clarence Street between midnight and 1 am on Tuesday, Dec. 21. 

NBPS is appealing to the public for information and has released an image (above) taken from security camera footage from the area around the time of the incident. 

Anyone who may be able to identify the suspect or may have additional details about this incident is asked to contact the North Bay Police Service at 705-497-5555 or anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
