Three North Bay area residents are being recognized as Forest Sector Champions.
Brian Batchelor, Brian Naylor and Al Stinson are among ten people honoured for being instrumental in creating and delivering the Ontario Tree Marking Program.
The program was established in 1993.
The award goes to individuals for outstanding achievements and contributions to forestry education in Canada and beyond.
They were recently honoured at the Forests Ontario Annual Conference.
