Several events are lined up for this 71st annual CMHA Mental Health Week.
It begins with people waving to drivers on the Lakeshore Drive overpass Monday morning from 8:30 am to 10 am.
There’s also a national virtual panel on May 2, featuring Sophie Grégoire Trudeau and #SickNotWeak founder Michael Landsberg.
Along with several workshops, webinars and video presentations there is a Wellness Open House at OUTLoud North Bay on Thursday, a “Move for Mental Health” walk and bbq on Friday and more.

Officials say the focus this year is on empathy, setting aside our differences and encouraging people to get real about how to help each other.
