The North Bay Scuba Club will be in the water at the city’s marina on Saturday morning.
Club members will be cleaning up the area.
“This year will be 20 years that members of the North Bay Scuba Club have removed numerous wheelbarrows of garbage including lawn chairs, barbecues and bicycles out of Lake Nipissing,” states a release. “As well, they have salvaged propellers and tools from the water and returned them to their owners.”
New members are welcome and anyone interested can show up at the North Bay Waterfront Marina on May 7, 2022, at 10 am or email the Club at [email protected] for more information.
