A 51-year-old North Bay man is facing a break and enter charge.
That’s after North Bay Police say they received a report at 7:30 am yesterday (Aug 16), that a woman had entered her home to find it in disarray.
Police say the victim found the accused still inside and confronted him adding the accused then left the residence and fled the area.
Officers found and arrested the man on Ferguson St.
Police say the victim and accused are not known to one another.
He was released on an undertaking and is set to appear in North Bay court in September.
