Industry honours for Hospital Foundation’s Kendra Clarke

North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation Senior Development Officer Kendra Clarke has received some industry honours.

She has been named to the 2022 Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) 40 under 40 list.

Kendra Clarke has worked for the foundation since 2010, beginning her career as an intern.

The AHP 40 Under 40 recognition program honours the industry’s brightest young leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers in healthcare philanthropy.

The foundation says Clarke coordinated the fundraising efforts and 25 community volunteers involved in the $6 million Cancer Care, Close to Home campaign, which surpassed its goal by raising $6.3 million over the course of 30 months.

“This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion Kendra possesses for our community and its healthcare,” says Tammy Morison President & CEO, NBRHC Foundation.  “Demonstrated through her professional development journey, she is eager to learn and apply new knowledge and best practices. She is a mentor and a leader for both junior staff and volunteers.”

Clarke also volunteers on the North Bay Granite Club Board of Directors, with the Boost National Grand Slam of Curling, and AHP.
