A 37-year-old city man is facing arson charges following Saturday morning’s house fire.
City police say over the weekend officials responded to a fire in the area of Fraser Street and Chippewa Street West. No injuries were reported but a pet did perish. Police say they arrested the accused later that same day.
He was released on an undertaking and is set to appear in court in November.
