The city clerk of North Bay has overseen her final council meeting. Cathy Conrad has been a City Hall employee for 21 years, the last 13 of which were spent as city clerk. Conrad officially retires next month. Coincidentally, East Ferris mayor Bill Vrebosch was at Monday’s meeting on another matter and said in passing when Conrad retires, the City will be losing a municipal encyclopedia.
