If you need a ride to the polls on Election Day, North Bay Transit has you covered.
They’re offering fare-free rides on Monday to help people get to the polls and vote.
The city says rides will be free to anyone who’s headed to a polling station and no proof of voter registration is required.
“Riders simply need to notify the driver that they’re going to vote as they board the bus,” states a release. “Polls open at 10 am and close at 8 pm”
There are five super polls for Election Day.
Locations include Memorial Gardens, West Ferris Arena, the Davedi Club, the annex at Vincent Massey Public School and Canadore College’s Commerce Court Campus.
