City police are looking to the public for any information, security or dashcam footage after a series of thefts recently.
The North Bay Police Service received a report that between the evening of Oct. 21 and the morning of Oct. 23 a white transport truck was stolen from a Progress Road business.
Police say the truck was then driven to a business on Ferris Drive where property was stolen from a freight trailer.
The white truck was left there, according to police, and a red transport truck was stolen from the business.
The red transport truck is a red, single-cab Gardewine 2014 Freightliner bearing a Manitoba licence plate number PCT042.
A freight trailer may be attached to the truck.
Police also received a report that at some point between Oct. 22 and Oct. 24 a 30-32 foot Pup trailer, with Ontario trailer plate S9366Z, was stolen from a business on Willow Drive and is believed to possibly be related to the transport truck theft.
There is no suspect description available at this time.
Anyone with any information, including security camera or dash cam footage, is asked to contact the North Bay Police Service at 705-497-5555 or anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
